A Little History About Us

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us. We appreciate it and look forward to meeting with you to learn more about you, your home and the vision you want to create.

Home Decor Window & Door Centre Inc. is owned and run by Tony & Carolina De Bartolo (myself and my wife of 24 years) - we serve the Greater Toronto Area and beyond (we've supplied and installed windows as far as Cambridge and Hamilton in the west, Trenton in the East, and as far north as Orillia).

I first got started in the window and door business at the young age of 16, working with my brother in our own company installing windows & doors. I was passionate about it from the start. 

Looking back now, that's probably where I gained such appreciation for craftsmanship, meticulous detail and customer service. Doing the actual physical work of hundreds of installations surely left its mark. Over the next few years I really grew into this field, soaring into sales, marketing, management & consulting for companies in the window and door industry.

After I learned the entire business from the ground up, I needed to take the leap and branch out on my own.  In 1986 I launched my first full service window and door company from my home. We met with success fairly quickly because we offered something the market was desperately waiting for: outstanding quality, remarkable workmanship, exceptional service at respectable and affordable prices.

Shortly after launching we expanded into our first commercial location and just a few years after that we expanded again into our current location in Concord, just north of Toronto.

A large part of our success and growth is due to our team - every person brings to Home Decor a special skill (whether in manufacturing or sales or installation) as well as a dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction. We would not be here today if it were not for them.

We've been called innovators in design and we're happy to offer design suggestions or work together with your designer/architect to ensure you get exactly what you envision.

We stay informed on all aspects of the window and door industry. In recent years Energy Savings has become a very important matter and we'd like you to know right off the bat that we're passionate about saving you money on your utilities and we're even more passionate about saving the Earth.  Home Decor is always on the lookout for new & innovative products that satisfy your needs in better ways whether they are: more efficient, more secure, or more beautiful.

We love what we do - every step of the way - and we do our best to make it show in every thing we do.
